Golf Links
A sweet, lengthy descent which sweeps down Rhayader’s old nine hole golf course (built by the same designer as the Augusta Masters course). Heading out from the Cwmdauddwr Car Park, you start on a gentle, level section of the old Aberystwyth mountain road. The mountain road heats up a little as the climb becomes more sustained, before you finally reach the Golf Links Byway to your right and a well earnt rest. Once you’ve caught your breath back, it’s time to enjoy the spoils of your hard work. On its own, this run blows away even the most stubborn cobwebs or combined with one of our longer routes, offers up an adrenaline reward to finish your ride.
