This there-and-back loop takes you from the Visitor Centre, along the Elan Valley Trail to the top of Caban Coch dam, along the reservoir’s edge and across Garreg Ddu to reach the Blue flow trail at Nantgwyllt. Ride up the short forest climb to the top to be rewarded with a spectacular view of the Valley and reservoirs, then fly down the equally rewarding Blue trail. Ride back to the top for another go, or simply ride the way you came, back to the Visitor Centre.
