Explore the forest by bike!
A great way to explore Newborough Forest. This route follows the first half of the Bikequest Nature Challenge, before taking you deeper into the forest for some real peace and quiet.
This 10km route is mainly on stoned forest roads with a short section that follows the tarmac road, look out for traffic here. There are two short climbs
and a picnic stop on the route. The route also joins the Lon Las Cefni, a long distance cycle route that joins the villages of Newborough and Malltraeth with the market town of Llangefni, helping you to explore even further.
Newborough is a multi-use site. Please be aware that you may come across walkers, dogs, mountain bikes, horses or vehicles at any time.
